Main entrance to Cedar Downs is from Witte Road turning onto 254th which takes you past our creek salmon habitat project up the hill into the first of five divisions.
Nestled in the foothills of the Pacific Northwest's Cascade Mountains in pristine wooded countryside, lies one of the most family friendly communities of Cedar Downs. Cedar Downs is a well established neighborhood sitting on the Western edge of the 5.6 mile small town of Maple Valley (Population 26k). The majority of the 170 homes in Cedar Downs were built in the 70s/80s and they became the first surburban neighborhood of Maple Valley. No cookie cutter homes on small lots here as the architecture varies from Northwest Contemporary to Spanish Rambler to French Tudors. You would have to look hard to find any two houses which look alike. Both Homes and Community Properties are well maintained and safe with the help of our Home Owners Association.
